About Our Client
Our client, specializing in SAAS and Robotics, is currently looking for an experienced and vibrant Sales Director to join their team in Richmond on a full-time permanent basis. This is a role where you will be planning, organizing directing and evaluating the sales activities. Responsibilities
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s capabilities and the opportunities in the marketplace
- Successful track record of selling SaaS products or high-tech products
- Create sales strategies designed to increase revenue, margin and profit
- Build a team of sales and estimators
- Build and maintain strong industry relationships
- Drive profitability by uncovering high-margin opportunities in the market
- Define sales targets and action plans to achieve sales goals
Requirements
- University or college degree is an asset with combined career-related experience
- 5+ years of sales experience is required
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer demands, ideally within North America
- Strong initiative, communication, and presentation skills follow up and execution
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
- Able to multi-task, with strong prioritizing skills, creative, passionate about sales with the ability to strive in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment
