Location: St. Catharines Office - This is not a remote position.
Position Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and operational support to the Order Desk and TRK team.
Responsibilities:
● Process quotes for Canadian and US customers and follow through until completion of order
● Update and maintain CRM in Salesforce
● Collecting deposits and processing payments
● Monitoring and assisting with inquiries coming through our WebChat
● Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
● Exceptional organizational and communication skills
● Ability to problem solve and prioritize
● Knowledge and experience in equipment sales and sales administration
● Experience in Salesforce and other CRM’s an asset
