Sales Associate Job at West Copper Electric
Looking for a skilled sales associate to help out a small Electrical/Solar company.
We need someone who is experienced in making high ticket sales with feature rich products. You will need to be patient, persistent, and friendly to our customers while you guide them through their solar purchase.
You may work from home or at our location, and the role requires a blend of on the phone and in person sales.
You will be the only sales rep in our company so we are really looking for someone with skills that would help us grow. We will be looking to expand upon the knowledge and skills of our first sales rep and will be looking to have them develop a team underneath them as we grow.
Pay is based off commission of the sales and the average ticket is $21,000.
Responsibilities:
- Call new leads to have an introductory consultation
- Conduct on site quotes
- Size solar panel systems for each home
- Make follow-up calls
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in a large ticket sales industry
Being a small company we have no space for average sales associates in this posting. We are looking for someone who is very experienced and is at the space in their career where they can build, develop, and grow a strong sales team based on their honed skillset.

Salary: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
