Canada Custom Autoworks is seeking a qualified and highly motivated Customer Sales Representative for our Grande Prairie Location. A customer Sales Representative fulfills the critical role within our organization as the most frequent point of contact with our customers and a direct liaison between our sales team and our customer base. As a member of our team, you will be an essential player in taking care of our customers, responding to their needs, and proactively selling our product lineup over the phone, email, and face to face.

The Customer Sales Representative is responsible for developing strong relationships with our customer base and using your knowledge to assist our customers in providing the right tire, wheel, and suspension solutions for their needs.

Job Duties

Manages a high level of inbound calls and online inquiries from current and potential customers

Performs outbound calls to existing clients on a regular basis

Develops clear and effective quotations for customers

Placing orders using contact management software

Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints

Keeps up to date on product features and benefits, as well as evolving industry trends

Sell additional products & services by recognizing add-on opportunities

Maintains a high level of customer care and professionalism at all times

Ability to multitask during heavy call volumes and adaptable to pressures of the seasonal business

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in sales,

Knowledge of aftermarket wheels, tires and suspension is considered an asset

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Displays a positive attitude and strong work effort at all times with a strong sense of Customer First service

Proficiency in using Business Facebook, Google suits, Email

Results-oriented and able to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment

Class 5 (Preferably None GDL) Need to be able to drive a Manual Transmission
