Summary of Position:

The Sales & Distribution Support Specialist (SSDS) is responsible for the daily support of the end-to-end process of procurement, inventory management, billing, pricing/promotions, customer service and reporting related to ColdHaus portfolio products. The SSDS will provide a high level of customer service and strong communication with partners, customers, and internal team members.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support Order/Load Sheet process which includes (but not limited to):

  • Customer setup and maintenance
  • Product/SKU maintenance
  • Pricing/promotion creation
  • Purchase order & invoice management
  • Inventory and proof of delivery (POD) tracking

Provide a high level of customer service both internally (Sales, Operations, Finance) and externally (Suppliers, Customers, Distribution Centers, Sub-Distributors)

Support internal and external reporting requirements

Handle all sub distributor, customer and supplier issues and provide appropriate solutions and/or alternatives in a timely manner and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.

Ensure feedback is communicated and executed to the appropriate team members and members of our brands.

Resolve any invoice, POD, promotional errors, invoice discrepancies and inquiries from customers and sub distributors.

Generate weekly and monthly sales, movement, and tax reporting

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Three (3) years of customer service or related experience preferred
  • Previous distribution experience considered an asset
  • Deal with clients in a professional, prompt, courteous and effective manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in high pressure situations
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in a team setting, while also taking the initiative to implement better practices and recommend value-added changes independently
  • Must be highly competent using relevant computer software (Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel) and have a strong base in using sophisticated ERP software (Encompass experience an asset)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
