Our retail and display associates are the face of our company. They take an active role in maintaining and developing existing and new client relationships, including following up to ensure complete satisfaction. And it doesn’t stop there…they assist with many fun and creative projects such as merchandising and the change over of store layouts. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Guest service mentality; is sociable and friendly and has a genuine desire to serve the customer
• Merchandising and Interior Design is an asset
• Good verbal communication and listening skills
• Self-starter who is energetic and flexible in our fast paced environment
• Maintains a calm, tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
• Prioritizes responsibilities to achieve results
• Gardening or “love of flowers” preferred
• Driven by creativity and art'

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone. Ability to answer questions, take floral orders and resolve concerns.
• Checking and processing website orders and customer service emails throughout the day
• Scheduling and organizing deliveries with drivers
• Participate in unloading, unpacking and processing flower and plant shipments
• Continuously maintain and refresh flowers and plants on display.
• Set up and breakdown of store
• Keeping the shop clean and organized

Other:

• Extended work hours are required during major floral holidays & large events
