The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, courteous & would enjoy working in a fast paced, unique retail shop. Our Hatters move with purpose to provide premium guest service to people from all over the world through friendly disposition and in-depth product knowledge. Team Members are trained on all shapes, styles and fabrics of hats to immerse our Guests in our ‘obsession’ while finding a suitable hat for the occasion or need.

Since 1997, BeauChapeau Hat Shop has been selling Made in North America and Fairly Traded hats of all styles for men and women. We are the largest hat shop in Canada and are in a word: ‘obsessed’ with hats and fashion. BeauChapeau continually strives to provide an experience for both our Guests and Team Members (Hatters). Located in downtown Niagara On the Lake (20 minutes from St.Catharines or Niagara Falls), you’ll be working where millions of locals and tourists love to visit year round.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess and exhibit the following qualities:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Available Evenings, Weekends and Holidays
- Experience in Guest Service (preferred)
- Interested in Fashion
- Outgoing & Approachable
- Team Player
