JOB TITLE: Registry Clerk
JOB SUMMARY:
The Registry Clerk ensures that the customer needs are met efficiently, effectively, and professionally. The Registry Clerk performs their role effortlessly, including manipulating various databases to process over 160 products and services in motor vehicles, vital statistics, land titles, personal property, Alberta Health Care Plan, and corporate registry on behalf of the Registry West and Service Alberta.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- You’re at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
- Updated Police Information Check (PIC).
- You have experience in working with different registry applications such as MOVES and e-registry.ca.
- Nice to have certifications/licenses in the following: Registry Agent Certification, Commissioner for Oaths (Registry-related business only)
AHC Certification and/or Corporate Registry certification (CORES Level 1
- Your awesome attitude and genuine desire to help people is what matters most in this job.
- 1 to 3 years registry experience
