We have a part/full time position available at our Toronto clinic.

Our ideal physiotherapist team member will be an individual that has a passion for the work they do, is confident, believes in collaborating with other clinicians in the clinic as well as providing evidence based care to their patients. They must be able to form a connection with their patients and empower them to reach their 100%. They must also believe in lifelong learning and aim to grow personally and professionally with us.

We provide:

~ More than 100 hours of mentoring a year with experienced physiotherapists (FCAMPT, Pelvic Health, McKenzie Certified, NFA, BFR, Functional Range Conditioning etc.)

~ Opportunity to mentor physiotherapy students & junior physiotherapists if interested.

~ Opportunity to grow a pelvic health or vestibular rehab practice.

Primary Requirements:

~ Interest in furthering professional education in manual therapy and/or pelvic health and/or vestibular health and/or acupuncture

~ Good time management, clinical reasoning and problem solving skills.

~ Exceptional work ethic, interpersonal skills & ability to build client rapport.

~ Interest in sharing knowledge and engaging in team-based patient care with other healthcare professionals.

~ A Positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for your clients.

~ Performance oriented with an openness to discuss & implement performance goals.

~ Entrepreneurial mindset and strong business acumen.

~ A Commitment to superior customer service & quality treatment.

~ Must be able to positively receive feedback on performance with a willingness to adapt recommendations from a caseload mentor.

~ Ability to participate in community & promotional events to represent the clinic.

~ Ability to uphold the high level of patient experience that the clinics are known for.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Salary: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
