QUALIFICATIONS:
- Be licensed with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- RN Diploma
- PLP Insurance
- Have knowledge and understanding of the role of a Registered Nurse including team leadership skills and decision making
- Experience in providing competent and respectful care while meeting the physical and emotional needs of the Sister/Resident.
- Have experience with dementia care and behaviors.
- Preference will be given to candidates with positive attitude, pleasant personality, dignified appearance and behavior, good work habits and work well in a team setting.
- Successful candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination upon offer
EXPERIENCE:
- Long Term Care Facility or Equivalent.
- Experience in caring for those with Dementia.
- Experience in leading a team to provide care to sisters/residents.
