Closing the Gap Healthcare (CTG) is dedicated to providing Canadians with the highest level of care across a wide range of home and community settings.


We are looking for a Client Service Manager to lead our team in Halton, Dufferin, and South Simcoe. Our next fearless leader will be a people-centric, business-savvy, nursing leader. The mandate of the next Client Service Manager is to raise the bar on our community and clinic-based nursing services to meet the demands of an ever-growing market. If your passion is rooted in clinical service and has grown to coaching and mentoring the next nursing leaders of our community then this role will be right up your alley.


The Client Service Manager will travel to and manage the clinic and community teams at our Halton, Dufferin, and South Simcoe locations. This is a full-time permanent role.


What you will be doing:


  • Oversight of the day-to-day service delivery of one of the largest nursing divisions at Closing the Gap.

  • Your leadership style is people-oriented. You get the job done by focusing on the well-being of your team. You will develop and build a best-in-class and high-performing team made up of nursing and administrative professionals by empowering and challenging them to be their best selves.

  • You encourage a collaborative and engaging environment with internal and external stakeholders to implement the key deliverables of Closing the Gap.

  • You don’t compromise on service delivery. Working closely with the leadership team to build long and short-term action plans to meet quality client services within the community while taking into consideration every contingency based on our contractual obligations and key performance indicators.

  • Results-Orientated. You manage the annual budget of the division including planning and implementing business development opportunities to meet the growth goals of the division.


Skills needed for success:


  • Established leader in a healthcare environment, preferably within the home and community settings

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Able to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong coach and mentor. You can inspire, motivate and mentor your staff

  • Critical thinking and adaptability are key to managing various staff or client escalation issues.
