Recruitment and Sales Consultant

We are recruiting consultants for our industrial/logistics division in Pointe-Claire in the West Island of Montreal!

This is a sales, recruitment and HR role that involves client development and candidate attraction. To succeed, you will need to be results oriented!

As a Recruitment Business Partner, your responsibilities will be to service the existing client portfolio, offer recruitment services to new clients and implement a recruitment strategy. At the end of each day, you'll have the rewarding feeling of having created the perfect match between the different players!

Responsibilities
We are looking for outgoing, energetic and results-oriented Recruitment Consultants. Your primary duties will be to:
  • Research, select and interview candidates
  • Develop new client partners (increase market share)
  • Increase the quality of our client relationships
  • Build these relationships, combining your industry and candidate expertise
  • Engage with our clients and ensure their needs are understood and met
  • Maintain excellent customer service
  • Publish job postings on various platforms

Qualifications
Desired skills and experience:
  • Fluently bilingual in English/French (written/spoken)
  • Experience as a service-oriented salesperson
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales goals and passion for delivering results
  • 2 to 3 years of sales experience
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a car
  • Provide excellent service and individual attention to customers
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales
  • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
