Workforce Inc. is currently seeking an Office Administrator/Receptionist for a Financial Office in North Bay. Are you someone who is interested in employment on a casual/on call basis? Do you have previous office experience?

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Greeting visitors at reception
  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Arranging post and deliveries
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Typing up letters and reports
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with suppliers and contractors
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR

Requirements:

  • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in teleconference and video conferencing, such as Zoom and Teams
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication
  • Proficient computer skills to include MS Office, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through
  • Bilingual (an asset)
  • Ability to work on a on-call/casual basis

Schedule: June 19-20, 2023. 8:30am-4:30pm. Additional shifts on a casual on call basis

Pay Rate: $18/hour

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
