Real Estate Clerk (Port Perry) - #15819
Our client, a growing Port Perry law firm is hiring a Real Estate Clerk! The firm offers a positive and collaborative working environment and a competitive salary based on experience.
Salary: $55,000 - $60,000
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle residential files from open to close;
- Perform title and off-title searches and identify any problems;
- Liaise professionally with lawyers and clients;
- Prepare client correspondence and requisition letters;
- Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in residential real estate law
- Law Clerk/Paralegal Diploma from an accredited institution;
- Proficiency with Unity, PC Law, Teraview and Microsoft Word;
- The ability to independently handle residential real estate files, from open to close;
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills; and
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
