PT Reception Job at The Berkeley
Responsibilities:
- Greet and Direct calls and walk-ins
- Answer, Screen and Forward Calls
- Helping the Dining Room Staff at mealtimes
- May be asked to assist other departments as required
- Ensure security of the Building
- Follow established procedures in a fire or safety emergency
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Experience as a receptionist in a retirement residence or hotel setting an asset
- Customer Service skills and Office Administration Skills
- Must have computer skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Flexibility to work various shifts, as required, including weekends and holidays
- Must be self-motivated, personable, patient, service oriented and reliable
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week
