To be considered, you'll need:

  • College Diploma or University Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technologist/Technician or equivalent. New grads and soon-to-be grads are encouraged to apply!
  • A mechanical aptitude and an affinity for problem solving.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communications skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent coordination and organizational skills necessary to coordinate multiple priorities to meet objectives.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet. Solidworks, Lab View or other software/applications commonly used for engineering-related projects.
  • A learning mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as a team.
  • To work onsite at our Walkerton Ontario office, Monday to Friday.
