The Position:
The role of the Partner Success Team within Gateway is to focus on partner onboarding, engagement, and ultimately, success, working in collaboration with other teams within Gateway. The Partner Success Coordinator for Language Assessment role is essential to the team as this individual will identify and form connections with established and potential partners from the language training sector. This role will also support onboarding partners and maintain high engagement and high levels of satisfaction. As the number of newcomers supported by Gateway increases, it is necessary to introduce partners with supportive services that will serve diverse and unique needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Specialized Duties (80%)

Outreach:
  • Design, implement, and evaluate outreach strategy for existing and potential Gateway partners in the language training sector
  • Present and pitch Gateway Language Assessment to community partners and stakeholders
  • Work alongside Language Assessment Team to promote Gateway and increase outreach related activities with all stakeholders, including partners
  • Assist in the development and facilitation of external stakeholder meetings
Training:
  • Assess training needs through surveys, focus groups, interviews with partners
  • Design, plan, and organize training programs for Gateway partners related to the Partner Portal and Gateway cobranding
  • Develop training procedure manuals, guides, or materials, including handouts or visual materials
  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners accessing the portal
Data Analysis
  • Analyze and evaluate client trends to inform partner engagement
  • Design solutions informed by client data to improve workflows and processes related to Gateway
  • Design, evaluate, and introduce data dashboards for Gateway Partners using Salesforce and PowerBI
  • Investigating partner flags and escalating with appropriate internal teams; troubleshooting/proactively vetting referral pathways and workflows
Foster Strong Relationships
  • Strategically engage and onboard new partners to Gateway; support the facilitation of Partner Portal training
  • Foster partnerships with community service providers
  • Liaise with service providers to obtain current information and resources
  • Build frameworks and processes for partner onboarding that reflect the unique and diverse needs of partners
  • Coordinate engagements for signed Gateway partners and potential Gateway partners in Calgary and the Southern Alberta region
  • Work alongside Partner Success Coordinator to ensure partner communication is effectively managed and recorded within the CRM platform (Salesforce)
  • Work with internal communications to engage all ISC staff towards Gateway and provide necessary support for all members to be champions of Gateway
  • Update and engage the Language Assessment team to escalate issues and concerns regarding partner engagement
Ongoing Duties (20%)
  • Project management of tasks related to partner engagement
  • Responsible for managing and updating partner profiles in CRM database; including LINC and EAL services
  • Timely follow-up to all partner related inquiries; triage inquiries from partners and engage appropriate staff members
  • Regularly updating and reporting of progress related to partner rounds
  • Responsible for completing funder reports related to partner engagement
  • Work with Partner Success Manager on other identified tasks related to partner engagement
  • Updating program and service entries
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field of HR, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, Social Sciences, etc.
  • Relevant education and experience with stakeholder engagement
  • Strong customer service skillset or experience
  • Previous experience with administrative duties
  • Exemplary interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills
  • Previous change management experience considered an asset
  • Multicultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Flexible and goal driven
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, computer skills
  • Strong understanding of data and analytics
  • PowerBI would be considered an asset
  • Availability to work up to two evenings per week and occasional weekends
