We have a client at Erin Mills and Eglinton Ave West (near Credit Valley Hospital). Looking for a PSW for Weekends:
1 Part time person: Saturdays & Sundays 5pm-9pm.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assistance with PM care, personal care and hygiene
- Assistance with feeding
- Provide companionship
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (eg. foreign trained nurse, nursing student).
- Current CPR/First Aid training required.
- Current Police Record Check or Vulnerable Sector Screen or be willing to obtain one. Required.
- Fully Vaccinated against Covid
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Access to internet/mobile phone

Salary: $20.00 per hour
