Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Player Services Representative (PSR) is the ambassador of our Winner’s Circle Rewards loyalty program. In this role, you will provide the highest level of customer service, including greeting customers, providing information on site events and promotions, and explaining the benefits of and enrolling patrons in the Winner’s Circle program. You will be enthusiastic and outgoing while engaging guests to provide a memorable entertainment experience. Your duties will include assisting with the implementation of on-site events, promotions, and entertainment initiatives. You will work under Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate is an energetic professional with proven knowledge, skills and abilities, executing the following in support of the company's vision, mission and value:

• Assisting with the implementation of on-site events, promotions and entertainment initiatives
• Responsible for the Winner's Circle Rewards loyalty program
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Using a lottery terminal and ensuring accurate cash handling and balancing of cash float at the end of the shift
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed
  

Successful applicants will demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Post-Secondary diploma in Marketing or a Business-related discipline is preferred
• A minimum one year of experience in a related field
• Organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer application packages and mathematical skills
• Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License
  

Elements Casino Brantford candidates must be ready and willing to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekends, holidays and overnights. The hours of work will be based on operational needs. Ready to embark on your next adventure?
