Position: Operations Manager

Based in Markham, Ontario, Evolve Auto serves the Greater Toronto Area since 2012. Our services include interior and exterior detailing, collision repair, and performance upgrades. It is our goal to provide our valued customers with the most convenient auto service experience possible. You can trust our team of experts to give your vehicle the attention and care it deserves. Currently, we are seeking an experienced operations manager to join our team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the director to provide strategic leadership and overall operational direction and consistency to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service.
• Set short and long-term objectives and initiatives to drive business results with the director.
• Implement the development strategies for operation, financial, human resources, and other administrative services.
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to ensure all operations are conducted appropriately and cost-effectively.
• Co-ordinate operations between external suppliers and internal staff to ensure smooth production and deliveries.
• Manage corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within the company.
• Provide budget plan for automotive accessories, repairs, and detailing supplies.
• Responsible for the purchase of automobile accessories, maintaining inventories, and overseeing cycle counts conducted by store teams.

Qualifications:

• Completion of post-secondary education in a relevant field is usually required.
• 5 years of work experience in an operations management position is required, work experience in automotive services and vehicle supply chain management or international logistics is a great asset.
• Track record of building successful and sustainable teams by attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse and talented workforce
• Results-oriented and pragmatic personality
