Lifestyle Home Products is a family-owned business, proudly serving homeowners across Ontario. We make all of our sunrooms, porch enclosures, vinyl replacement windows and exterior doors at our 150,000 sq. ft. factory in beautiful Peterborough, Ontario. Role:
This role is responsible for providing oversight for the Window and Door program in the Peterborough location. The successful candidate will ensure that quality control is maintained, capacity targets are met, and the installation crews are trained and engaged.
What you will be doing:
Managing a team of 4-6 crews
Prepare materials and supplies for installers to pick up daily.
Review daily reports ensuring backlogs and service calls are prioritized.
Ensure receivables are reviewed and collected. Follow up with customers on the phone or in person if necessary.
Manage rechecks and completed jobs and update i360 accordingly.
Manage crews time off and performance through regular coaching sessions.
- Regular collaboration with other location managers and the Customer Care team.

Solid knowledge of Windows/Door installations (retrofit).
You’re a natural leader with a can-do attitude.
Problem solver.
You are organized with attention to detail.
You are a great communicator and collaborator.
Comfortable with numbers and KPI’s.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Experience:
3+ years with window and door installations.
3+ years in a management role.
Proficiency with computers and learning new software.
