Kostklip® Manufacturing is looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Extrusion Machine Operator.

An Extrusion Machine Operator must be someone who:

• Is consistent, dependable and accurate in carrying out responsiblities
• Excels in analytical thinking and problem solving
• Loves to work in coordination with others, or under supervision

A career opportunity with exceptional room for growth and advancement is available for the right candidate. The position is a 12hr rotating shift and so applicants will require their own means of transportation.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

• Set up and operate one or more extruding machines which extrude plastic composites products through a nozzle or die
• Change dies on extruding machines according to production line change
• Troubleshoot, maintain and make minor repairs to equipment
• Monitor quality of material produced
• Maintain inventory of material and clean working area

EXPECTATIONS

You are:

• Able to work a 12hr/day rotating shift (this is a 24-hour, 7-day a week operation)
• Possess good math skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Physically fit with the ability to lift 50lbs

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Experience working in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Desire to learn new skills and take part in our training programs
