Lead Operator

Requirements:

• Min 5 years field experience Natural Gas Facilities.
• Class 5 drivers’ license; clean drivers abstract.
• Proficient handle of the English language; Competent communicator.
• Field Experience working with LNG and CNG Storage Equipment, Compressors, and PRS units.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of operators and contractors across multiple locations.
• Assist in fleet maintenance, ensuring equipment is in excellent state of readiness.
• Operate equipment; Setup jobs and manage either onsite or remotely.
• Project planning and execution.
• Keep detailed records while on the job.
• Assist in Safety planning/ Participate in emergency response training.
• Assist in maintaining corporate image and branding.

Location:

Primary base of field operation is Drayton Valley. Locations for work will vary across Western, Canada.

Looking for a diligent, detail-oriented person. Someone who can make competent decisions, excellent communicator able to relay information back to operation manager.

Looking for a person who can provide input and innovation to improve efficiency. Willing to learn and contribute to a growing team.

Compensation:

Guaranteed 40 hrs per week with opportunity for overtime as required.

Starting range depending on experience: $35 - $42/Hr
