Responsibilities:
- Manage and take overall responsibility for hardware and software support
- Provide input, support and guidance to help company achieve the expected business outcomes for assigned projects and reach project milestones
- Provide hands on support for hardware repairs and server issues
- Oversee infrastructure and provide strategic plans for future growth
- Travel between 3 office locations for support as needed
Qualifications:
- Post secondary education in IT
- At least 3 years experience
- Experience in project management
- Knowledge of cyber security, networking and system design, desktop support
- Experience with implementation an asset
- PMP designation preferred
- Ability to handle after hours calls
