Notified has a unique opportunity for you to gain hands-on experience! Our Intern program will run June 19 - Aug 10, 2023.( Monday-Thursday) 32 hours . We are looking for passionate students who are looking to get more hands-on exposure to a web development team. You will have the opportunity to work directly with the technology team, get professional training, and interact globally with other interns. In this role you will also develop experience that will compliment your skill set.

Essential Duties:

• Observe and discuss department activities within area of interest to assist in determining new or future goals.
• Observe and discuss business operations, team-working environment, leadership and management styles within area of interest.
• Shadow team members and supervisor to gain detailed insight to department operations
• Obtain and utilize hands-on experience to gain knowledge of the skill set of the area of interest
• Formulate alternative courses of actions and solicit feedback for professional development

Department Functions

• Participate in a variety of department activities ensuring adherence to department procedures and established timelines
• Meet with assigned coach to discuss scope of activities that are to be completed
• Meet established timeline and due dates for activities keeping assigned coach aware of any changes to schedule
• Thoroughly document activities providing updates to coach as required

Project Participation

• Participate in the activities associated with a variety of departmental projects.
• Prepare reports, material and documentation
• Create organized project files
• Provide project lead with status reports throughout assigned projects

Team Interfaces

• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with team members and department contacts.
• Cooperate with team members to meet goals or complete tasks
• Escalate work -flow and communication issues to coach
• Collaborate with team members in person and on video calls

Program Details:

• This role will be based in our Vilnius office Monday – Thursday and will be a 32 hour work week

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year at a University with an emphasis on IT, Technology, Computer Science, Coding or related field or relevant work experience
• Passion for Web Development
• Willingness to work all 8 weeks
• Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative tech environment.
• Programming language such as Python, .net(C#), angular, PHP
• Relational database experience such as MS SQL Server strongly desired
• Web app development, ASP.net also very helpful
