Maxsys' Federal Government Client is looking for a Helpdesk Specialist (Bilingualism - English and French preferred). The contractor must hold valid Secret clearance before applying.

Location: Work from home/Remote (Candidates must be residing in Canada)
Security clearance: Secret clearance is a must
Language: Bilingualism - English and French preferred
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working as an IT specialist. The contractor will have to perform various IT tasks which include but are not limited to responding to IT client inquiries, documenting related incident troubleshooting procedures, and resolution in ITSM, etc.
