This position reports to the Building Manager and will be responsible for assisting in areas such as suite maintenance, grounds maintenance, custodial of common areas and assisting staff and residents on a daily basis.
The successful individual should have an interest and ability in "fixing things" , be a self starter and be able to complete project on their own with direction
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
