What you’ll do:

Under the direction of the Hardware Manager, a Customer Service Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members as well as ensuring merchandising and image standards for the department are maintained. The Customer Service Clerk supports the operational goals of the department.

• Customer service- Handling customer requests, investigating customer product/service needs
• Operating point of sale systems
• Ordering, receiving, merchandising, and displaying products
• Delivering products to customers as directed
• Housekeeping and maintenance

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Hardware and have:

• Strong customer service skills based on experience.
• Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs or greater
• Class 5 license
• Willingness to participate in forklift training and operation.
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
