Front Counter Attendant Job at Delightfull
Delightfull restaurant is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team.
We are hiring both part-time and full-time at this time.
1. Part-time - 16-24hours/week, $20/hour , 1/2 priced meals
As a part-time employee , you will need to serve customers in the front area. You are also responsible for cleaning tables, sweeping and mopping the floors and stocking drinks and etc.
2. Full-time- 32-40hours/week
starting wage at $20/hour , 1/2 priced meals
$22/hour after 480 hours (40hours/week * 3months) of employment
As a full-time employee, you are responsible for serving customers as well as
prep work and dish washing. Training will be provided.
3. Team Leader
$24-$28/hour
4 weeks paid vacation after a year of employment and free meals are provided.
You will be given a change to be promoted as a team leader after you master all the tasks that you need to learn. You will be promoted as soon as you are qualified. As a team leader you are responsible for managing both front and back of the kitchen. Also you will be in charge of managing and training staff members.
4. Manager
$35- $45/hour, free meals and 4 weeks paid vacation after a year of employment.
You can be promoted as a manager after you become a team leader. If you are interested in our manager position, please let us know at the interview.
