Job #4360 – Wonderful opportunity to join a large multi-national organization offering a flexible hybrid work model and a top-notch compensation package! Our client is searching for a Financial Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join their team. Reporting to the Controller, your primary responsibility will be to provide end-to-end finance support for commercial departments by providing relevant and meaningful reporting and analysis. You will be given the opportunity to see the big picture and act as a valued business partner by assisting management in the decision-making process. Additional duties include:

• Execute, plan, and manage operating expenses for commercial departments
• Responsible for projections, forecasts and variance analysis for all operating, compensation and benefit related expenses
• Prepare financial reports and provide analysis to support decision-making
• Responsible for monthly balance sheet reports and working capital projections
• Act as key point of contact for internal systems and compliance and ensure policies and practices are up to date
• Drive continuous improvement for processes and internal controls
• Responsible for producing monthly A/R aging reports
• Validate monthly/quarterly reconciliation of several balance sheet accounts and ensure proper documentation
• Support internal/external audit management actions

Qualifications:
The main qualifications for this role include:

• Post-secondary education in finance and/or accounting
• Minimum 4+ years of relevant and progressive work experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to bridge the gap between finance and operations
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Advanced Excel skills
• Previous ERP experience
