Longman’s Markham Kia is currently seeking to hire an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our busy and growing Dealership.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service while supporting and growing the success of our dealership. The role will be responsible for coordinating the sale of insurance programs and products to customers and will work with lenders and financial institutions in order to provide customers with the services they require.

Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in dealership financial services with a proven track record in sales
• Knowledge of financial institutions, warranties and other aftermarket products
• Must have strong time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with regards to paperwork and contract funding
• Valid OMVIC license
• Excellent communication skills and proficient with computer programs such as Excel, Outlook, Route One, Dealer Track, Serti
• Kia and Symtech experience and knowledge and asset, however not required
• Professional demeanor and appearance

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Obtain credit approvals and prepare delivery documentation
• Actively work to develop relationships with financial institutions to help facilitate the lending process and secure competitive rates and programs for our customers
• Process finance and lease deals accurately
• Provide customers with thorough explanation of all aftermarket products and extended warranties
• Confirm documents are completed and signed accurately by customer
• Complete lien payout requests and forward to accounting for payment in a timely manner
• Ensure that all deals are booked and funded, following up with any deficiencies to expedite receipt of monies owed to dealership
