The wage at the time of the offer is $18.83. The wage is subject to an increase to $20.59after the

completion of your probationary period (3 months) and another increase to $23.53after 6 months.

If you have strong culinary skills, we are looking for Fairmont Gold Attendants to join our team and undertake the responsibilities described below.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide food and beverage service to the Fairmont Gold floors
• Set up and serving of breakfast in the Fairmont Gold lounge
• Delivery of individual coffee/fruit juice orders to Fairmont Gold guest rooms
• Assist Fairmont Gold co-workers in morning activities
• Controlling inventories and ordering pertinent supplies for use in Fairmont Gold
• Adhering to "room warming" procedures as detailed in Fairmont Gold Standards manual
• Advise Room Service of requirements of VIP guests
• Ensure the Fairmont Gold floor is free of Room Service trays

• All duties will be performed in accordance with the Fairmont Empress’ commitment to luxury service standards

Employment Qualifications and Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school
• Previous experience is an asset
• Physically capable of: Continuous standing for extended periods of time, frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50lbs, working in hot and cold station environments

• Strong artistic skills in food presentation
• Be capable of taking direction
