DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting and implementing budgets.
- Executing capital projects.
- Preparing strategic analysis of properties and annual inspections.
- Instituting comprehensive preventative and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Maintaining asset integrity and value of all building systems and architectural components.
- Supervisory duties include coaching and mentoring Maintenance Team Lead and conducting annual performance evaluations.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the building operations
- Some travel required
- Previous hospitality experience would be considered an asset
- 2 years supervisory experience
EDUCATION
- 4th class Power Engineer Certificate would be an asset
- Knowledge of national and industry codes regulatory governance and standards such as WHMIS.
OTHER
- FMA, CET, RPA - Asset
- Procurement - Asset
- Project Coordination - Asset
- Driver's License required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
