Driver Licensing Customer Service Rep, Valemount, BC

Job Summary
Underwriters Insurance Brokers a Division of Johnston Meier Insurance has a position available at their Valemount office for a Driver Licensing Customer Service Representative. If you have some office experience and are willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to our client
- Build customer portfolios
- Provide optional coverage quotes
- Cross-sell other products provided by Johnston Meier Insurance
- Keep detailed notes on our Computer System at all times (Paperless Environment
- Follow company procedures as provided

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
- Six months of office experience
- Must be willing to take ICBC Licensing courses and exams
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service
- Flexible in job duties and/or hours as necessary
- Good computer skills
