Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.

• To prepare, produce and finish quality donut products following standard specifications and finishing procedures according to production lists;
• To fill and maintain merchandising units according to Fortinos standards;
• To assist customers with any questions and maintain good customer relations;
• To assist in the ordering of department supplies and control the inventory level of product;
• To assist in the training of new part-time staff;
• To ensure the sanitation and safety of the department meets with company standards;
• To maintain quality standards as required in Fortinos In-store Bakery;
• To perform other duties, as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, as a qualified Baker/Decorator, preferably in a retail environment;
• Cake decorating experience would be considered an asset;
• Must be flexible to work a variety of hours which include, days, evening and night shifts, including week-ends;
• We are looking for a responsible and dependable individual;
• Ability to work independently, achieving work objectives;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
