After establishing a strong and meaningful position in Canada with our existing Municipalities, Private Operators, Hospitals, Universities and Airports as well as the Hotspot’s app users the Customer Success Representative is responsible to aid the Client Success Manager in providing excellent service to key clients. The stated aim of this position is to continue and improve the service provided to our clients and will report directly to the Customer Success Manager.

Most of the Things You’ll Work On:

• Maintaining customer knowledge base
• Keeping Quarterly reports up to date for customer base
• Responsible for helping customer success manager with launching clients
• Assisting in ordering signage for new and current clients
• Tier 2 customer escalation
• Assist Customer Success Manager with technical support for app users and municipalities and log issues by priority to ensure they are addressed as needed
• Assist Customer Success Manager with note taking and reporting for client meetings
• Review and resolve escalated support issues
• Assist with company documentation and manuals
• Account management for small to medium accounts

You'll Need To Have:

• A result focused approach to focus on delivering complete solutions
• Strong organization skills
• The ability to build relationships with clients
• Strong communication skills both internally and externally;
• Fluency in English and French
• Ability to write strong reports and navigate excel
• Ability to work on a team
