We are a rapidly growing start-up and are excited to grow our team with the addition of a Customer Success Coordinator We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success

Coordinator (who loves a challenge) to help shape our innovative software. Your efforts will help guide our teams’ work to make family health universally accessible and engaging. The right person for the job must embrace the concept of team. We are looking to hire someone who will grow with us, taking initiative and ownership of new roles and processes. We are early stage and there is ample opportunity for growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with building relationships with clients, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Establish a trust and help drive continued value of our products and services
  • Maintain customer success strategies and best practices, as well as customer support content, with the help of the marketing team
  • Communicate effectively with internal management to understand customer needs, maximize retention and growth, and communicate learnings
  • Maintain existing customer success metrics and data as directed
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting them
  • Review the customer onboarding journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goals
  • Collaborate, problem solve, and/or help strategize upcoming client meetings with team members

QUALIFICATIONS

Customer Success Coordinator

  • Experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success
  • Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities

ASSETS

  • Knowledge of ActiveCampaign and project management tools
  • Creating workflows/user journeys in Figma and collaborating with the Product team

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour
