Your definition of giving an excellent customer service is warmly greeting people and answering their needs with diligence, efficiency and heartfelt appreciation for their business.

Based in Winnipeg, you will make the routes of Winnipeg-Toronto, Winnipeg-Vancouver or Winnipeg-Churchill.

Your role will be to :
  • welcome and guide them to their cabin or seat
  • give safety instructions
  • help them with baggage
  • serve meals and beverages
  • sell snacks and refreshments
  • ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the bedrooms and work areas

You will connect with our customer service teams if Routine is not your “cup of tea”; you like challenges and can thrive under pressure, if need be. Satisfying customers tactfully always prevails over occasional irritants and unpleasant situations.

PERMANENT SEASONAL POSITION


SCHEDULE
You are available to work:
  • on variable schedule including weekends and holidays and on call (no guaranteed hours)
  • for extended periods (approx. 5-6 days) away from home

TRAINING
You will follow a seven-week training session which must be successfully completed before obtaining the position.

SALARY
once position obtained: $26.28/hour

STARTING DATE
April 17th, 2023

Requirements :

You are well-suited for this challenge if you:
  • have a strong ability to communicate with a smile, both in English and French
  • possess a High School Diploma
  • have a minimum of one year of customer service experience, ideally in food service industry, restaurant or airline company as a flight attendant
  • must be physically able to lift weights up to 23kg
