SUMMARY:

Pool Supplies Canada is Canada’s largest online swimming pool retailer. Our mission is to provide Canadian customers with an exceptional service experience via knowledgeable and helpful assistance, competitive pricing, and fast shipping.

As a Customer Service Representative at Pool Supplies Canada you will be assisting customers remotely over phone, chat and email in both English and French. No prior pool knowledge is required, as you will be introduced to each department, but also trained extensively in your own area.

This position runs from May 22 – November 24, 2023

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering phone calls
• Answering emails
• Answering live-chats
• Placing Orders, providing product recommendations, initiating returns, warranty claims and handling shipping issues.
• Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Providing clear, detailed notes of all interactions with customers and manufacturers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in French and English with strong written communication skills
• No product knowledge required!

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Every other weekend 9:00 am - 4:00 pm with alternative days off during the week.
