We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join the Team in Brandon, Manitoba as a first point of contact for customer-related inquiries and questions, and to liaise between fulfilment centre and sales agency to ensure minimized customer experience disruptions with purchase fulfillment and delivery.

About the opportunity…

As an integral part of the “we can do that” operation, the successful candidate will perform a variety of duties related to

  • Support the sales team by providing first-line communication to customers
  • Support the sales team by inputting PO's and manual orders into the system
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding order statuses and/or concerns (by eMail and telephone)
  • Communicate with customers regarding order shipment updates and billing inquiries
  • Provide administrative support the sales team, including performing tasks in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ie. sales invoice updates, return management updates, sales order and shipping tracking

  • Post-Secondary School Diploma
  • Strong background in customer service and handling
  • experience with Microsoft 365 office/outlook suite and Oracle NetSuite software is an asset
