We are presently looking for a bilingual Customer Service to work in the Education industry in Pointe-Claire area. The candidate should have solid expertise in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and have good organizational skills. The work will include preparation of documents from various standard office forms, letters, research, some accounting. invoicing, office support, etc. Answering phones, taking messages. Providing support to the teachers.

Job Type / Category

Approximately 20 to 35 hours a week with flexibility.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Well versed in preparing documents in WORD, Preparing flyers and presentations in PPT, basic accounting and administrative work.
