As the dealership’s Customer Care Coordinator your responsibilities will be:
· Provide customer with first greeting- In person or over the phone.
· Distribute showroom and phone lead to Sales Consultants.
· Handle all cash, debit and credit transactions and post all transactions.
· Complete cash reconciliations and prepare daily bank deposits.
· Process and file paperwork.
· Assist with cleaning duties.
· Assist Service & Parts Advisor and be trained to be backup for them.
· Assist in transporting of customers when required.
· Assist in other departments as required.
Qualifications:
· Effective organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
· Friendly and inviting attitude with a focus on customer service.
· Strong computer skills.
· Valid Drivers License
