What your role will include:

This role is a community position and requires the candidate to drive their own vehicle as they will be going from residence to residence to provide personalized care for each senior. At each residence, you will be expected to perform any of the duties listed below:

• Helping the resident complete daily tasks (cooking, cleaning, bathing, dressing, etc)
• Administering medication, completing routine treatments that have been directed by a physician
• Light household duties (making beds, laundry, dusting, organizing, etc)
• Monitor vitals and on-going health
• Conduct wellness assessments
• Dress any wounds that the patient might have
• Provide socialization with the patient

Required certifications:

Personal Support Worker

Community Support Worker

Developmental Support Worker

First Aid/CPR

Job Type:

Part-time/Casual

You will be spending anywhere from 1-2 hours at each residence to provide the necessary care, and then proceed to the next residence.

You MUST have a reliable vehicle that you can use to travel.

Salary:

$20-23.80 per hour
