Position: Sales Associate (Automotive)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our services including pricing and packages.
  • Proactively approach and engage with customers via phone, email, in-person interaction, fieldwork, etc. to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Perform administrative duties including answering phones, inquiries through email, and scheduling appointments.
  • Create invoices and process card and/or cash payments.
  • Work collaboratively with the operations team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate terms and pricing.
  • Follow up with customers to establish strong relationships, ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Track sales behaviour using compiled sales data on Excel.
  • Maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude and always represent the company in a professional manner.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities including progress towards sales targets and customer feedback.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation in timely manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in a customer facing roles or dealing with high end clients.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience using sales tracking software to manage leads and sales opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous managerial experience, including team management.
  • Background in Automotive industry preferred.
  • Adherence to company policies while catering to customer needs.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while meeting timelines and exceeding KPIs and performance targets.

Compensation Structure: Salary + Commission

Salary: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
**(with an opportunity to earn up to $20,000.00 per year in commission)
