Bilingual Sales Coordinator (French/English)

As the Bilingual Sales Coordinator, you will be a key contact for our customers, sales teams, sales administration, and service. As you will be coordinating with all these groups, some of which are based in Ontario, you will be required to communicate in both languages (French & English). Your passion for details and follow through will be vital in ensuring that customers have an excellent experience through fleet implementation, equipment relocation, equipment disposal and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the implementation of fleet deals, this includes coordinating pre-assessments, delivery, installations, training, and equipment pick-ups (if required)
  • Coordinate equipment relocations for customers and equipment disposals
  • Follow up with customers and collect feedback while also resolving or escalating any outstanding issues
  • Review and escalate any customer issues as it relates to invoicing
  • Respond to simple customer care issues
  • Provide sales equipment reporting and data collection

To Succeed, You Will Need:
  • Bilingual (French/English)
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a coordinator role
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities
  • Exceptional detail orientation
  • Intermediate Excel
  • Exposure to Salesforce is an asset
