We're currently seeking an Assistant Applicator to join our team in the picturesque Peace River region of BC and Alberta. At our company, we foster a laid-back and supportive environment, where returning employees are a testament to our positive work culture.

As an Assistant Applicator, you'll play a crucial role in vegetation management for various clients, including the oil and gas industry. Your responsibilities will involve controlling invasive species, preserving natural landscapes, and promoting fire prevention. Using UTV and ATV mounted systems, you'll apply herbicides to unwanted vegetation while ensuring the preservation of helpful vegetation. You may also be involved in mechanical control, erosion control, and soil remediation to maintain natural ecosystems.

This position offers the opportunity for growth, starting as an Assistant Applicator and providing a pathway to becoming a Certified Applicator with increased pay. You'll need to be comfortable working 12-hour shifts and driving a one-ton or larger crew truck, potentially with a trailer. Computer skills are essential as we utilize an in-house application to track herbicide use on each site visited.

Qualifications:

· Must have a valid driver's license

· Previous experience in vegetation management is preferred
