We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Seller Central Expert to join our team. As an Amazon Seller Central Expert, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our Amazon seller account. You will utilize your expertise in navigating the intricacies of Amazon Seller Central to drive sales, increase visibility, and enhance the overall performance of our product listings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and possesses a deep understanding of Amazon's platform and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our Amazon seller account using Seller Central tools and features.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize product listings for improved visibility and sales.
  • Implement effective strategies to increase organic rankings and maximize conversions.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews to identify areas of improvement.
  • Stay updated with Amazon policies, trends, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
  • Create and manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Manage inventory levels, replenishment, and forecasting to avoid stock-outs and optimize fulfillment.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including sponsored ads and promotions, to drive traffic and boost sales.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or concerns related to Amazon Seller Central, product listings, or account performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging e-commerce trends, technologies, and Amazon marketplace changes to proactively adapt and recommend strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Amazon Seller Central Expert, with a track record of successfully managing and growing Amazon seller accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central platform, tools, and features.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce, online retail, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Proficiency in conducting keyword research and using SEO strategies to optimize product listings.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Amazon's advertising platform (AMS) and sponsored ads campaigns.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with third-party Amazon tools and software (e.g., Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Sellics) is a plus.
  • Certification in Amazon Advertising or Amazon Seller Central is a plus.

The applicant will be more than comfortable with the Amazon Seller Central interface and able to communicate their steps to the rest of the team. Additionally, the applicant will have the ability to coordinate with FBA (Fulfilment By Amazon) to ensure our products are properly set up to be fulfilled by an Amazon warehouse.

Although this is an in-house, part-time position, there will be opportunities to work remotely.
