Administrative Assistant Job at Tall Tree Integrated Health Centre
We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our vibrant and fast paced team at our James Bay location for Saturdays!
Please note we are looking primarily for someone with availability on Saturdays.

- Have lots of customer service experience (and love it!)
- Ideally have some experience in a clinic setting
What a typical day might include:
- Welcoming patients warmly and professionally.
- Answering questions about our services and our staff.
- Helping patients with all of their scheduling and billing needs.
- Ensuring our patient’s overall experience is comfortable and exceptional.
- Flexibility for scheduling is an asset as you may be required to cover additional shifts from time to time
