Accounting Clerk Job at Express Employment Professionals
Express Employment Professionals is a locally owned and operated Workforce Management Company. Our Kitchener based client is looking for an Accounting Clerk to join their amazing team at their dealership.
Pay rate $18.00 - $21.00/hr depending on experience!
Monday – Friday, 40-hour work week
Accounting Clerk Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable functions including but not limited to coding and posting vendor
invoices, process payable cheques, and responding to vendor inquiries
Accounts Receivable functions including but not limited to preparing daily cash
deposits, posting cash receipts, warranty receipts, as well as follow up and collections
Review, edit and enter automotive transactions into accounting system including
stocking in new and used cars, posting deals, and lien payouts
Reconcile general ledger accounts, including related schedules
Must exercise full discretion and confidentiality
Supply and postage ordering
Daily reception coverage and filing
Other duties as required
Accounting Clerk Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Excellent Data Entry skills
2 Years’ experience in accounting
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
