The Toronto Blue Jays are hiring for the 2023 season!


A Game Day role with the Toronto Blue Jays means you will be a part of impacting the fan experience. The fan experience means a commitment to providing best in class customer service for fans who travel near and far to watch Canada’s team. Please note that these are seasonal roles based on the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule running from approximately March – October 2023.

  • You can work all 81 Toronto Blue Jays home games including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

We are hiring for the following roles:


  • Gate Staff
    are responsible for overseeing the fan entry experience, from outside the building until fans scan their tickets. Gate Staff greet all fans with a warm and friendly attitude, helping to set the tone for the fan experience. They are responsible for ensuring only fans with eligible tickets are entering the building and will also provide directions.


  • Support Staff
    will primarily focus on working Rogers Centre events such as concerts and will also support with baseball game staffing needs. Support Staff will be cross trained and will be able to fill in as both Ushers and Gate Staff.


  • Ushers
    are responsible for welcoming fans into their section, aiding them with finding their seats and ensuring all fans are sitting in their ticketed seat. Ushers are in the action for the duration of the game, upholding the fan experience and fan safetythroughout the duration of the game or event.


  • Access Support Ushers
    , like Ushers, are dedicated to assisting fans with accessible needs. Access Support Ushers aid in the form of wheelchair escorts or a sturdy arm to help fans who need assistance getting around the stadium. They are responsible for ensuring an inclusive experience for all of our fans.


  • Activation Team Members
    will assist the Marketing and Fan Experience team through promotional giveaways, activations, and concourse support.


  • Retail Sales Associates
    will provide our fans with best-in-class service within the Jays Shop locations across the stadium. They will engage and connect with our fans to support their buying decisions by outfitting them in official Blue Jays merchandise, to foster team pride and community.


  • Facility Attendants
    will work to integrate our best practices for supporting the cleanliness and sanitization of the stadium during events. This involves all aspects of event cleaning, sanitizing, waste management, and inspections.


  • Facility Team Leaders
    will support and oversee the overall culture and enhance the fan experience with the facility services team by maintaining best practices for the cleanliness and sanitization of the stadium during events. This involves overseeing all aspects of event cleaning, sanitizing, waste management, and inspections.


  • Facility Head Supervisors
    will lead, coach, and develop the overall culture and enhance the fan experience with the facility services team by integrating best practices for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitization of the stadium during events. This involves supervising all aspects of event cleaning, sanitizing, waste management, and inspections.


  • Warehouse Associate
    will provide efficient receipt, distribution and accounting of all merchandise inventories incoming and outgoing at the Rogers Centre.


  • Warehouse Team Lead
    will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations – including receiving, order filling and shipping.


  • Warehouse Inventory Lead
    will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, both physical and systematically by monitoring, validating, and tracking all inventory movements. The successful candidate will continuously strive to achieve quality and accuracy of inventory, by adhering to and enforcing all inventory-related departmental processes.


  • Security
    will ensure a safe and friendly atmosphere for all guests and employees. Provide a controlling influence at all entrances to Rogers Centre and throughout the facility. Candidates must have a valid licence as a Security Guard in accordance with the PSIS Act and to be in good standing.
